PREGNANCY AND CARDIO-RENAL DISEASES

Abstract
|
|
|
Pregnancy is physiologic process which imposes a functional load on the heart, kidneys and general circulatory systems. The heart and kidneys are getting to burden by the growing fetal mechanical pressure but they are well to compensate and tolerate the increased circulatory demands of pregnancy.
Preexisting heart or renal diseases have been generally regarded as the most important complicating factors likely to endanger the otherwise smooth course of normal pregnancy and labor, but these have diminished in significance since cardiac or renal complications are being avoided, more effectively. Generally during the pregnancy, the complications of heart diseases 2-4?/o, renal diseases 10^15% be seen. I am going to describe on the following subjects;
1. The physiologic changes of the pregnant women. It is the significances of various hormonal effects due to the mechanism of implantation and. plancentation.
2. Various clinical significances of cardiac and renal diseases described as the complications of the pregnant women.
3. Hypertension, nephritis, ischemic heart diseases are more important problems as the complications of pregnant women. The rheumatic heart diseases are more common problem as the preexisting diseases in pregnant women.
4. Thirty three years old pregnant young women had myocardial infarction which is to describe as a clinical case presentation.
5. Pregnancy and induced abortion is remarkable medical, jurisprudential and social problems in theses days world wide. Some sight seen company bureau collects more the group of pregnant women for foreign country trips. Pregnant women have more interest her illegal abortion during her trip under implicating understanding between bureau officer and her. Over repeating D & C (10^20) induces the cardiovascular diseases through my clinical observations during past 8 years experiences, Abortion law is getting relieve world wide which is influenced with the world population problem, social economical problems and family plan. And also, it is related with the social ethical, moral problems since world second way. Family plan is interested on the birth control before conception, It is wrong way to do repeat D & C after conceptions.
6. I would speculate that hymen (chastity), menstruation and pregnancy are the step stones of the female´s beauty and health.
